- Gaps in the guides. If you planned an Orlando trip and could not find the answer to something here, we would like to know what it was.

What we cannot help with
Theme Parks Guide is an independent publication and is not connected to any park operator. We cannot look up, change or cancel a booking, resolve a ticket problem, issue a refund, or pass a complaint on to a park. For anything attached to a reservation you have already made, contact the operator directly — Walt Disney World, Universal Orlando, SeaWorld and LEGOLAND Florida all run their own guest services lines, and they are the only ones who can see your booking.
We also do not accept paid guest posts, sponsored placements, or link insertions into existing articles. Messages offering these will not receive a reply.
