These terms cover your use of themeparks-guide.com. By reading the site you accept them. They are short, and the important part is the section on accuracy — theme park information dates faster than almost any other kind of travel writing.

Accuracy, and why it matters here
Everything on this site is published in good faith and checked against the park operators’ own sources at the time of writing. It is still going to go out of date, and in Orlando it goes out of date quickly.
Ticket prices change by date and are revised several times a year. Park hours are published a few months ahead and then amended. Rides close for refurbishment, sometimes at short notice. Height requirements, bag policies, skip-the-line products and dining reservation windows are all set by the operators and can change without warning. Epic Universe is a new park and its operating patterns are still moving.
Confirm anything that will cost you money or determine whether you get into a park. Before you book, check the current price, date availability, park hours and ride status on the operator’s own website. Where a figure on this site conflicts with what the operator is publishing today, the operator is right and we are out of date — and we would be grateful if you would tell us.
Theme Parks Guide gives no warranty that the content is complete, current or error-free, and accepts no liability for loss, expense or disappointment arising from decisions made on the basis of what is published here. Planning a trip remains your decision.
No affiliation with any park
Theme Parks Guide is independent. It is not affiliated with, authorised by, endorsed by or connected to The Walt Disney Company, NBCUniversal, SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment, Merlin Entertainments or any other operator, hotel or ticket seller mentioned on this site.
Disney, Walt Disney World, Magic Kingdom, EPCOT, Universal Orlando, Epic Universe, Islands of Adventure, Volcano Bay, SeaWorld, Discovery Cove, Aquatica and LEGOLAND are trademarks of their respective owners. They are used on this site descriptively, to identify the places being written about, under nominative fair use. No claim is made to any of them.
Not professional advice
Nothing here is legal, financial, medical or insurance advice. Guides that touch on travel insurance, accessibility services, medical needs in the parks, or the cost of a trip are general information written for a wide audience, not advice about your circumstances. For anything with real consequences — a medical condition affecting whether someone can ride, an accessibility accommodation, an insurance decision — speak to the operator or to a qualified professional.
Using our content
The written guides on this site are the copyright of Theme Parks Guide. You are welcome to read them, print them for your own trip, and quote a short passage with a visible credit and a working link back to the page it came from.
You may not republish articles in whole or in substantial part, rewrite them for another site, or use them to train or fine-tune a commercial model, without written permission. Photography is licensed stock imagery and the licence does not transfer to you — do not lift images from these pages.
Links out
Guides link to park operators, official booking pages and other primary sources so you can verify what you read. Those sites are not under our control and a link is not an endorsement of their terms, prices or practices. Once you leave, their terms apply.
Advertising
This site intends to carry advertising served by Google AdSense. Advertising is bought programmatically and is not reviewed or approved by us before it appears. An advertisement next to an article is not a recommendation, and no advertiser has any influence over what the guides say or which parks, hotels or products they recommend. If you see an ad on this site that appears deceptive or inappropriate, please report it through the contact page.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it at a volume that degrades it for other readers, or use the contact form to send unsolicited commercial messages. Access may be blocked where this happens.
Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Nothing here removes a consumer right you hold under the mandatory law of your own country.
These terms may be revised; the date at the top shows when they last were. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised version.
